The Court is an over 55s Independent Living community within Buckshaw Retirement Village, located in Buckshaw Village, near Chorley. Conveniently located with excellent public transport links, this property offers easy access to buses right at the front and rail services from Buckshaw Parkway, just a short walk away. This ensures seamless connectivity to the motorway network and both Manchester and Liverpool airports.

The local area boasts a variety of amenities, including shops, restaurants, pubs, doctors, a chemist, and both NHS and private hospitals, alongside a vibrant community hub.
